after responding to the nekkid women thread i got to thinking that i would like to hear more thoughts on this.

am i alone in thinking that lots of women have as great of interest in sex as men?

that they love it just as much or more?

one of my biggest pet peeves of being a witness was when the overseer would come visit, and everyone was sooo nice, sweet to everyone, no clicks, they'd arrive early, stay after & talk, everyone would raise their hands, give "heartfelt" answers, looked nice, sang loud, just the model congregation.

yet, when the overseer wasnt there, people would come late, leave early, not be nice to everyone, blah blah.

i guess to me- if they knew what they "should" be doing, why not do it all the time?

i hated all the elders who thought they had to tell someone what had to be done and they themselves weren't doing it.

i have asked myself if perfectionism was a way for me to control criticism which is a source of pain.

Why don't you just leave?

many still inside facing all the wrongdoings and still go on to the meetings, keep preaching the good news from door-to door and all the duties of the normal jv lives.

are you one of those - or were - that for a long time, what really what made you stay even coming to the point of no-believe in the chronology and the gb?

there were at time of facing the truth of the truth.

i think it is sad how witnesses don't think future.

they don't save for a rainy day, don't plan for retirement, don't get higher education, alot are overweight, thinking why bother, don't worry about their health, etc.

and, have you notice, they almost try to get people to have low self esteem?
